Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship all orders UPS and shipping may still continue to be delayed due to national shortages and slower shipping times. We thank you in advance for your patience. 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for orders within the 465XX zip code area. Please contact us if you are interested in local pickup and we will help you out.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hhhardwoods1@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please contact us if you have a P.O. box and we will work with you to confirm that we can ship to your address before you place your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the fact that all of our pieces are made to order and customized and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations on orders.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
