Refund policy
Due to the fact that all of our pieces are made to order and customized and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations on orders. If you need to correct or change something about your order, you must contact us at hhhardwoods1@gmail.com within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be in production, and we will not take responsibility for any personalization or order errors.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. If you receive a damaged item, please send an email to hhhardwoods1@gmail.com with proof of damage and your original proof of purchase. Damaged items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There are no exchanges on damaged goods.
